Instruction

  • Feeding Instructions: FEEDING GUIDE: Remove foil seal and tray. Drop feeding block(s) into the aquarium. See chart for number of blocks recommended. Depending on the number of fish in your tank, the feeder block might not be fully consumed when you return from vacation. The feeder does not disintegrate on its own; food is released as fish nibble on the block. If there is food left you can leave the block in the tank and resume normal feeding regimens (i.e. TetraMin '). If you keep particularly large, hungry fish such as loathes or large Cichlids you can add another feeding block to the recommended amount. For fish used to eating at the surface (top/mid feeders), try breaking off a bit of the gel block prior to dropping it into the aquarium. Once the block has settled at the bottom, release the remaining, broken-off piece directly over where the block is positioned so that fish can locate the temporary food source.
