Instruction

  • Assembly Required?: Yes
  • Assembly Instructions: 1. Remove upper bowl molding and adjust flow rate as required.NOTE: An intermediate flow is recommended. Lower flows will give less water loss through evaporation. Higher flows will cool the water more and may be more appealing to your pet.2. Remove filter cartridge from packaging and rinse under a tap to remove any charcoal dust. Insert filter cartridge.3. Replace upper bowl molding taking care to ensure it is fully seated. Fill lower bowl with water up to 'MAX' mark. Connect transformer to pump and plug into power supply.4. After a short period, water should start flowing. You may top up main bowl to 'MAX' mark using a jug as required.
  • Care and Cleaning Instructions: Before introducing the pet to their new fountain we recommend to run the fountain for approximately 2 hours and then wash bowls (A/C) as follows:1. Turn off power supply and unplug transformer.2. Remove upper bowl molding and filter cartridge.3. Remove pump by turning lock a quarter turn and then pulling pump in the direction indicated by arrow ‘2’. Ease power cord out of bowl. Bowls (A/C) may be washed in a dishwasher.
