The JW® GripSoft® Double Sided Comb features a Coarse Comb on one side to loosen dense matted fur and a Fine Comb on the other side to comb through hair to give a shiny silky tangle free finished coat. JW combs are specially designed with the teeth turned 90 degrees away from the skin to keep the teeth parallel to the skin while combing. This prevents raking the skin while combing and is more comfortable for your pet.

Instruction

  • Use Instructions: Use the coarse side of the comb for loosening dense or matted portions of the coat, then comb out dead hair and finish with the other side. The contours of this handle permit easy use of either side of the comb. As with any comb, keep the teeth nearly parallel to the skin when combing to avoid raking the sensitive skin of your dog. Medium and long-haired dogs should be combed daily to prevent matting. Use a GripSoft Slicker Brush to tease out tangles and knots, then comb thoroughly.
