ReptiSand is available in two natural colors with no added dyes or chemicals. It stimulates natural digging and burrowing behavior and is an excellent heat conductor. ReptiSand creates a very naturalistic and attractive environment for desert reptile species. Great for bearded dragons, sand boas, soft shell turtles, etc.

Instruction

  • Use Instructions: Pour contents of bag into the bottom of terrarium. The ReptiFresh H sand should be at least 1 1/2 - 2 in (3.8 to 5 cm) in depth. Add more for burrowing species (i.e, Sand Boas, Soft-Shell Turtles etc).
  • Care and Cleaning Instructions: Clean out debris as needed with Zoo Med`s Repti Sand Scooper or spoon. Replace your ReptiFresh substrate if a foul or musty order persists or at least every 6 to 12 months.
