Zoo Med ReptiTemp Digital Thermostat with a temperature control range of 50°F to 122°F and up to 600 watts of heating devices and 150 watts of cooling devices. It controls temperature by turning on heating devices in “heat” mode or by turning on cooling devices in “cool” mode. Remote temperature sensor with a 6 foot cable and is easy to program.

Instruction

  • Use Instructions: HEAT MODE OPERATION: When heat mode is selected, the word HEAT shows on the display at all times. When the temperature drops below the programmed setting, the heating device is turned on and the flame icon appears next to the word HEAT. When the terrarium reaches the set temperature, the heater is turned off and the flame icon disappears. The word HEAT remains on to show that the controller is set to heat mode.COOL MODE OPERATION: When cool mode is selected, the word COOL shows on the display at all times. When the temperature rises above the programmed setting, the cooling device is turned on and the snowflake icon appears next to the word COOL. When the terrarium reaches the set temperature, the cooling device is turned off and the snowflake icon disappears. The word COOL remains on to show that the controller is set to cool mode.
